Free Classes at Action Taekwondo & Fitness Center!
Everybody likes a good deal, and as I find them I'll let you know. Here are a few about town I discovered!
Free Mom and Tot Classes in April at Action Taekwondo & Fitness Center!
Take advantage of these FREE classes just for moms and tots at Action Taekwondo & Fitness Center, K-Mart Plaza California, MD -- for moms and kids 3 and older
Mom and Tot Class -- Mon & Wed from 9:30AM to 10:10AM Class will be a mix of age appropriate taekwondo mixed with weekly lessons to include Respect, Teamwork, Focus, & Fitness. Class includes light age appropriate cardio fun. Mom and Tots work together so children learn the appropriate times to use the weekly lessons by practicing with Mom. Social Time follows the Mom and Tot Classes from 10:10AM to 10:40AM This is an unsupervised social time for Moms and Tots to plan the day, have a snack, or just hang out and meet other "stay at home Moms". Cardio Kickboxing Class: Mon & Wed from 10:45AM to 11:45AM An hour of intense FUN that will leave Moms feeling great about themselves. A great stress reliever and a fun way to get ready for SUMMER! Kids can stay and play in the soft zone but they must be supervised as no babysitting is available.Macaroni Kids/Moms can take 10% off these classes beginning in May, just mention you read about it in Macaroni Kid when you register.
FIRST MONTH FREE at Patuxent Jazzercise!
Sign up for a 6 month membership in April and Jazzercize for free the first month! For new participants or those who haven't attended in 6 months or longer. Babysitting offered during many classes.
Kids Eat Free!
Wednesday night is Kids Eat Free night at BOTH Ledo's locations, Lexington Park and Leonardtown.
Every night after 4PM, Kids (10 and younger) Eat Free with the purchase of an adult entree at I-Hop in Lexington Park. Call for details - 301-862-5209
Kids Eat Cheap!
In Leonardtown: Mondays -- all day-- kids meals are $2 at Rustic River Bar & Grill. During Weekend Brunch -- kids under 3 eat Free! (with adult purchase of entree or buffet) Ask about their teachers, seniors and military discount.
In California: At Red Robin, many (not all) of the meals on the Kid's Menu include FREE REFILLS! Kid's menu is for diners under the age of 10.
St. Mary's County Prescription Discount CardFree prescription discount cards are available to ALL St. Mary's County residents -- regardless of age, income or exhisting health coverage -- under a program sponsored by the National Association of Counties (NACo). Average savings of 22% off the retail price of commonly prescribed drugs. Many pharmacies in the county will accept the NACo card. Discount cards are now available at all St. Mary's County libraries, Senior Activity Centers, Dept. of Human Services or via the Internet at www.caremark.com/naco
“Using the NACo prescription discount card is easy,” says Cynthia Brown, interim director, Human
Services Department. “A cardholder simply presents it at a participating pharmacy. There is no enrollment
form, no membership fee and no restrictions or limits on frequency of use. Cardholders and their family
members may use the card any time their prescriptions are not covered by insurance.”
